Red Run 5K 2026

The Red Run 5K is HerFlow Foundation’s annual signature run/walk dedicated to raising awareness and funds to end period poverty in Jamaica. Set against the beautiful backdrop of Hope Botanical Gardens, this family-friendly event brings together runners, walkers, advocates, and allies who believe that access to menstrual health products is a matter of dignity, equity, and human rights.

Funds raised through Red Run 5K will directly support HerFlow Foundation’s #RecoverWithDignity Campaign, which responds to the ongoing needs of Jamaicans affected by Hurricane Melissa, ensuring access to dignified periods. Through this campaign, HerFlow provides menstrual products, hygiene supplies, and education to girls, women, and vulnerable communities who are often the most impacted in times of crisis.
